What is Employee Life?
Employee Life is a software platform, originally created for Optimum Consulting Group in Australia. It is now an independent part of this group that focuses on supporting HR professionals to collect employee opinions and make better decisions.
What is 'Consultant Edition'?
Employee Life has two very distinct markets. Company Decision-Makers, and HR Consultants. Consultant Edition provides additional functionality specifically developed for HR Consultants. Pricing is also different for HR Consultants.
The biggest difference is that as a customer of Consulting Edition, you will be able to create and manage clients in a highly efficient way, keeping each client's information tucked away in its own account.
How is the price calculated?
We understand that you only get to charge clients when you are doing work for them. So, we created a pricing structure that means you get free access to the software, and only pre-pay for the number of responses you need, for each customer. This makes it easy to allocate your costs appropriately, and manage cashflow.
Who owns the data?
You do. In other words, Employee Life is the platform that helps to collect opinions, but doesn't own the opinions.
